Refund & return policy

Can I return your product if I do not like it?

For balloons, As long as you did not open the bag of the balloon, we are able to make the full refund, you may need to pay for the postage fee to return them back to us. Also, you are allowed to change balloon colour if the bag is not damaged.

For the Board Design, once it has printed already and confirmed by your permission to print. The board can not be refunded. But if there is a manufactory problems, we can reprint the board for you for free instead of refund the funds.
